Year Around Camping In Suffolk, VA
Davis Lake Resort offers a variety of cabins and a 16 person bunk house ranging from $100 - $250 per night . All cabins have heating and air conditioning. Pets are welcome (No Cats) in cabins for a $25 fee per day. No pets allowed in the Bunk House. Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabins unless they are in a crate.
Enjoy all the comforts of home while spending time in the outdoors! Davis Lakes is your year round Suffolk Family Campground. Prices Subject to Change. Active military can take advantage of a 10% discount! Must cancel within 7 days to get a refund. Davis Lakes Resort is not open to the public. Campground is available only to cabin and RV guests.
CHECK-INS: Cabin check-in time is 4 PM.
All cabins are a two night minimum. Three night minimum for 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
A refundable deposit is due at check-in for all Cabins

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so 7 days prior to your check-in date. If you do not cancel 7 days prior to your check-in date, you lose your whole deposit! Deposits can be refunded, minus a $10.00 cancelation fee, if the cancelation policy is followed. There is no exception!
NOTICE: Cabin refunds could take up to 120 days.
Visitor Policy
All visitors pay $5.00 per person to enter the park, if they stay the night, it's an extra $5.00 per person paid by 6 PM, if not staying the night they must leave by 10 PM. Quiet time is at 11 PM for all guest. If visitors want to enjoy the aqua glide, kayak, and or paddle boards, they pay extra $10.00 per person for the day. Check with office on how many visitors you may have, there is a limit, and their names must be left at the office. Visitors check in at the office and we will give them a pass to enter the park. Effective from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
PARKING
Please DO NOT PARK ON GRASS, stay on gravel.
